How can I contact you?
You can contact us simply by sending an email to momospiritstore@gmail.com with your question, doubt or comment in detail.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX ...)

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order processing. Delivery to Spain will take between 10 and 30 business days, and between 15 and 40 business days for the rest of the world.

Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our website are tax-free in euros, in the event that your order is held in customs it means that you may have to pay duties and taxes.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
The payment of these charges and taxes will not be covered by us since those delays caused are the responsibility of the customs department of your country. For more details on the charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Will shipping for my returns be covered?
If the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, was defective or was incorrect, we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping costs or any other service related to your order; We will only refund the amount of the product.

What if the items I received are faulty / wrong / damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise. Please include your order number, item photos, and all related references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case successfully as soon as possible.

How long does the return process take?
Processing of returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact the card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank / credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is deposited into your account.
