When you buy something from our shop, as part of the buying/selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as name, address and email address.
When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Terms and conditions of text marketing:
We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting in to our text marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout process and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including reminders of abandoned carts) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, a European Union company with office in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used to send you specific notifications and marketing messages. When you send the text message, your phone number will be passed to a text message operator to complete your delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text message marketing messages and notifications, please reply with STOP to any mobile message we send you or use the unsubscribe link provided in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. Fees may apply for messages and data.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, create an order, arrange for a shipment or make a return, we imply that you consent to the collection and use for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent, or give you an opportunity to refuse.
How can I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card details. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Standard Security (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it has been completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as outlined by the PCI Security Standards Board, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by shops and their service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide them for purchase related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read the privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled.
In particular, please remember that some suppliers may be located or have facilities that are in a different jurisdiction than you or us. So if you wish to proceed with a transaction involving the services of a third party provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction (jurisdictions) in which the service provider or its facilities are located.
By way of example, if you are in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway based in the United States, then your personal information used to complete the transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States law, including the Patriot Act.
When you click on links in our shop, you may be redirected off our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that there is no inappropriate loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of your personal information.
If you provide us with your credit card information, that information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-accepted standards.

SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If our shop is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
