We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be approved for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, (please note that in case of return the buyer must pay for the return shipping costs), we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalised products (such as special orders or customised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products or underwear). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded in your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and send the refund as well.
